"Days of Our Lives" celebrates its 42nd anniversary on November 8, 2007. Here's a look back at one of the original castmembers...Charla Doherty (Julie), who appeared in the first-ever scene of "Days" in the pilot episode on November 8, 1965. Doherty stayed with the show through December 1966. She passed away after an accidental fall, at the age of 41, in May, 1988.
