NBC's "Days of Our Lives" Production File Note Cards:

Up until 1985, pre-computer times, NBC kept these production file typed note cards on all of its series, mainly dealing with all of the show's cast & production personnel changes, as well as all of the full & partial preemptions. Here are the "Days of Our Lives" note cards. Note: From Jason47's additional research through the years, these note cards are not fully complete, and not all cast airdates are accurate. The earlier years seem to include a lot more of the minor roles. Here are the complete set of the 46 notecards!
